1. Digital Service Nature

Pace Analyzer provides immediate access to digital content, AI-generated statistics, and predictive data. Due to the immediate, intangible, and consumable nature of these digital services, all purchases are strictly non-refundable.

2. No Refunds for Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any VIP or Premium subscription purchases, regardless of usage. Once a payment is processed and account access is upgraded, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the VIP features until the end of your currently paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused time.

4. System Uptime and Unpredictability

While we strive for maximum uptime, occasional maintenance or technical disruptions may occur. Furthermore, our data is based on probabilities and historical algorithms. Neither technical disruptions nor dissatisfaction with betting/racing outcomes qualify as grounds for a refund.
